
Due to the nature of wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses being ordered in your size, special fit, special color and any additional modifications, there are no exchanges or returns, and all sales are final. This final sale policy is consistent with the industry standard for bridal and special occasion apparel. Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours after your purchase by contacting us at 954-522-1678 or by email at info@victoriasbridalcouture.com . We will not force an order if you have attempted to contact us within the 24 hours and we did not repspond back within that timeframe. Order changes may be made prior to our placement of order to the manufacturer. Changes to your order cannot be made if the manufacturer is unable to make adjustment on their end.
To better understand why all sales are final, you need to look at the process of getting your special gown, bridesmaid dress, veil, and flowergirl dress. When you pick the wedding dress, bridesmaid dress or bridal veil of your dreams, it is then ordered from the designer's manufacturer in your size, length, color and/or with special additions, and adjustments. You are a special one of a kind person and so is your wedding dress, bridesmaid dress and bridal veil.
Wedding dresses, bridemaid dresses, flowergirls dresses, bridal veils, and tiaras are inspected at our warehouse for flaws, color match, defect, and sizing before we ship them to you. Please check our sizing information before you order. Victoria's Bridal Couture is not responsible for sizing errors on your part. You are responsible to be professionally measured and send to us the correct sizing information when ordering. We can and will assist on sizing suggestions with your measurements prior to your order by calling 954-522-1678 or email info@victoriasbridalcouture.com .
Refunds on custom designs, extra fabric, extra beading, extra lace and any item that has been altered by our seamstress will not be given. All sales are final.
We will provide refunds or exchanges on bras, bridal slips, and bridal bra cups will be given if these items have not left our store. Once these items have been shipped or removed from the store, a refund cannot be given.
The following is a list of items that cannot be exchanged or returned: - Bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses, mother dresses
- Accessory items such as wraps, jackets, gloves, or fabric made specifically for you
- All lingerie products including undergarments
- Personalized or engraved products including invitations, apparel and gifts
- Perishable or confectionary products
- Products that have been modified or altered in any way
- Discontinued and/or clearance sale items
Other important information concerning special ordered items: - You are responsible for any sizing decisions made on ordering these products.
- Since our system cannot charge the 50% deposit for online orders, we will bill your credit card for the entire balance.
- You understand that while all delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed, Victoria's Bridal Couture will work closely with the dress designers to manage the delivery of your order.
International Orders: - We will update your order to reflect shipping/handling charges based on the products you’ve ordered due to weight and sizing of the shipping container.
- We will hold your order to accumulate all items so we ship only one package. If you desire multiple shipments, then multiple orders are required.
- Not all items are eligible to be shipped due to shipping restrictions. We will let you know if there are any problems with your order prior to approving your order.
- You are responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees that may be incurred. Our shipping methods/rates are designed to deliver the package to your local carrier. They will contact you via the phone number on your order to inform you of the customs fees/taxes and setup the payment and delivery.
Errors and Omissions:
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. While we strive for perfection, typographical and/or photographic errors can occur.
While we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer, we are not obligated to sell items at miss-marked prices. Return Policy
Here at Victoria's Bridal Couture, we’re not satisfied until you are and we are confident in our wide selection of high quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase or the service we provide, please call our customer service department immediately.
Please note we take every precaution to insure your order arrives safely, however, there may be occasions where goods are damaged which are beyond our control.

Return Requirements: - We do not accept partial returns on regular orders
- Absolutely no returns will be accepted after the wedding date.
- Shipping charges are not refundable unless it’s our error.
- Unauthorized returns may be refused and sent back to the customer.
- In some cases, a restocking fee may apply. You will be notified during the return procedure if they apply.
- We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Return Procedure: - Call us within 3 days of receipt of the order.
- Print the Return Authorization Form that will be emailed to you once your request has been accepted.
- Return the product in the original box with packing materials along with the RA receipt and original packing slip.
- Be sure to insure your return package, as we are not responsible for any items that are lost/damaged in return shipment. No refund will be given for damaged items.
- Returned items must be post marked within 5 days after receipt of RA.
- The package must be received within 10 days of receipt of your order.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY
We fully guarantee all of our products to be free from factory defects. Defective/damaged items must be returned for inspection or no refund will be given. If any product is found to be defective, or has been damaged in shipping, we will refund or exchange providing you follow the "RETURN POLICY" listed above.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you purchase a product from us which does not meet your satisfaction (and is not subject to the exclusions above), we will exchange it. If the replacement product carries a lower price, we will refund the difference. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling. To exchange any of our eligible products follow the instructions in the "RETURN POLICY" listed above.
REFUND POLICY
We will refund any eligible return using the same form of payment as the original order.
Refunds or credits will not be given for products that have been used or damaged by customer from misuse or neglect. Shipping charges or rush charges will not be refunded.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. |
