CHANGE or CANCEL ORDER REQUEST FORM
Please use the below request form for any changes in color, size, adding RUSH, shipping address or making any other changes to your order before shipment. Please note that fees may apply to adding RUSH, extra length, fabric changes or address shipping locaions futher from our warehouse. Your Change Order Request may not be fufilled if your order is too far along in the manufacturing process or already shipped to the original destination. Please see our Questions section and our Return and Refund policy for all other information about changes to your order. You will be notified via email or a phone call if your request can or cannot be fullfilled, so please put your phone number and email address in the form.
NOTE: Do not use this form if you have already received your merchandise. Use of this form on shipped merchandise will be discarded. Use the Return Replacement Request Form if you have your merchandise.
Please note when getting prices from the internet that we are an authorized reseller of the brands represented and that not all websites can officially sell or even get the real authentic dress. We only quote and sell new dresses, so be very aware of knockoff gowns, second quality, used, floor samples being sold as new, "like new", "look", "We are the manufacturer" or bogus "no tag" dresses and of course anything from Ebay. Always check with the original designers website of authorized resellers. Designers do not condone the selling of their gowns online due to the risk of receiving a bogus dress. Most designers prefer that all gowns are purchased in the physical authorized retail store. As an authorized retail store, we also agree with this policy over purchasing from a non-authentic retailer only found on the web. You can trust that Victoria's Bridal Couture only sell authentic gowns from the official designers listed on our site.
Please note that prices are subject to change without notice. We do not offer post-order price matching when an item's price drops after you buy it. Our prices regularly change, and the price you paid when your order placed was the lowest price we were able to offer at the time. We consistently offer competitive prices on everything we carry because we know low prices are very important to our customers.
Please allow for enough time on delivery before your event. We suggest enough time for not just the delivery but also enough time for your alterations. All choices of delivery timeframes and delivery methods need to be made during the time of your order being processes. After 24 hours of your order being place, we are not be able to expidite the delivery method to RUSH or any form of shorter timeframe.
PRICE MATCH GURANTEE:
We will match any competitors website or retail store by 5%. This does not include knockoff merchandise, clearance items, free offers, prize winnings or payouts, floor samples, used items, seconds, eBay listings and/or non authorized retailers of the merchandise. All price matches must be submitted through our Price Quote Form online.
Please note that verification of any given price will be made and the actual website and/or store will be contacted. A competitor website must have the price listed and be authorized to carry the brand in question. We will not accept a verbal agreement that was given to you by another store since we are not privy to to this oral contract. A competitor retail store, must have a phone number listed and a contact name.
CHANGE REQUEST POLICY:
All change request must be done online with our Order Change Request Form. Will will not take phone requests to change an order. This is done for your protection as it has been known in the past for anyone to try and sabotage an event.
Change to your order may not be possible due to delivery timeframes and/or manufacturing of your item(s). Changes that can be done may come with additional cost that you will be responsible for. The customer will be informed about all change cost before any changes will be made. It is your reponsibity to approve all change request and costs once notified in a timely matter.
Authorizations must be made in a 48 hour timeframe to proceed. If an approval is not made, the original order will continue to be processed without the changes. Victoria's Bridal Couture will not be held at fault for non-timely changes to orders.
Due to the nature of custom made bridal merchandise, we are unable to cancel your order once it is place with the designer.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY:
We fully guarantee all of our products to be free from factory defects. All merchandise that leaves our warehouse is brand new unless clearly stated when ordering and printed on your receipt. If any product is found to be defective, or has been damaged in shipping, we will repair or replace as deemed by the manufacturer with no cost to you. Due to the speciality of custom gowns being ordered, we do not accept returns on improperly sized gowns by the customer and suggest that your measurements are done by a professional seamstress or tailor.
Defective or damaged items must be returned for inspection before a replacement can be made. All return request must be within 5 days of when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier to you. Please use our online form at Return Replacement Form online for all request for return and replacement. Will will not accept returns without a proper return authorization number. We will email you with this return authorization number.
Please note that:
We will not accept returns on discontinued gowns or floor samples which are sold "As-is".
We will not accept returns on merchandise that has been worn, missing tags or altered.
We will not accept partial returns on merchandise.
We will not accept returns on undergarments. This includes slips, bras and underwear.
Once you have obtained a return authorization from us you have 10 business days to return the merchandise. All merchandise must be returned in brand new, not worn, un-altered, original packaging with original tags attached condition. Merchandise that is not returned in the condition it was sent will not be returnable and you will be obligated to the full purchase price. All returned packages must have a Return Authorization (RA) number on them. Please note that we will not provide Return Authorization numbers over the phone and also not accept voice mail messages.
All sales are final and we will only repair or replace defective merchandise. Please allow for the same delivery timeframe for repair or replacement. TAXES, V.A.T., DUTIES, TARIFFS AND/OR BROKERAGE FEES:
Victoria's Bridal Couture can not be held responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, V.A.T., duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees that may apply to international orders. To find out which if any of these may apply, please contact your local government.
Victoria's Bridal Couture will be held harmless for all internet order inaccuracies or orders that have not been placed. All potential orders are given an "Order Number" during the checkout process, but this does not mean that your order has been placed and/or processed. Please verify your order before pressing the "Place Order" button. You will receive an email receipt upon placing your order. If you do not receive a receipt within 24 hours, verify that it has not been sent to your SPAM folder or trash, then call us for verification on your order. We are not reponsible for orders, where the customer did not press the "Place Order" button. Victoria's Bridal Couture will be held harmless for inaccuracies on the receipt for the customer that have not been corrected withing 48 hours. Corrections to your order can be made with our Change Order Request Form online . Phone calls requesting changes will not be accepted at the retail store. Your order information is not available with the retaial store.
