At Victoria's Bridal Couture, you have a choice on how you purchase your next wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses or other bridal related merchandise. Everything on our website can be purchased in our retail store or over the phone at 954-522-1678. Some of our wedding dresses and most of our bridesmaid dresses can be purchased directly online. 

The chart below shows the benefits with both "in-store" purchases and "internet-only" purchases. Prices on the internet are typically lower than in-store prices because you do get many of the benifits of the in-store experience and will not lower an in-store item to match the price. All internet purchased items will be shipped from our warehouse to a location of your choosing and cannot be picked up in our retail store. If you would like alterations done on a gown that was purchasd on the interet, it will be treated as an "outside gown" and will be charged full price for alterations.

Bridal Slips, Long-line wedding bras, bridal veils, wedding tiaras, gloves, gift cards, wedding gown preservation, and many more items can be purchased online with our shopping cart. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards. No Sales Tax.

• In-Store
• In our store you will receive special attention and assistance in your gown selection. Choosing the right dress is a daunting task and having the right person helping you choose the right styles can save you time hunting through racks at a big box bridal store.
• Internet Only
• Many brides have already chosen the gown of their dreams, but are looking for it at a better price, with NO TAX. We list all the gowns we carry on the internet for your selection. We also make it easy for you to buy online. This may be done with the listed price or requesting a quote if the price field is open.

Coupons/Promotions:

• In-Store
• We have many promotions and coupons for our in-store customer. Search the internet, blogs, our main website and email for the latest discounts and coupons.
• Internet Only
• At this time we do not have any coupons. We will be soon, so check back. Please note that the internet price is typically the lowest price anywhere.

Try on Sample Dresses not in our Store:

• In-Store
• If we do not have a dress in our store, typically we can bring in the sample for you to try on. The fee to bring in a dress for you to try on is only $100 which can be applied in the purchase of the dress or any new wedding gown in our store.
• We are unable to bring in bridesmaids dresses or flower girl dresses.
• Internet Only
• Simple not possible since you are typically out of the area and shopping online.
• We can bring in a sample gown if you are in the area, but the $100 fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied to an online purchase.

Gown Modifications:

• In-Store
• If you need major changes to your dress like adding sleeves, removing the train, adding beading or modifications to to the look, we can accomodate you. Our seamstress not only make alterations, but have the skills required to make major modifications and additional pieces, like boleros, jackets, shawls, and anything your heart could imagine.
• Internet Only
• Only basic request done by the manufacturer like extra length or extra large sizes.

Sizing:

• In-Store 
• We provide professional measuring and will choose the correct size gown for you. Any issues with sizing will be corrected by us and we take full responsibilty for any such errors. Please note, we have never had an issue with sizing that we could not fix.
• Internet Only
• We suggest that you get measured by a proffesional. You then are responsible for choosing the correct size gown to order. We will be happy to assist you with the proper bust, waist, hip and height measurements. Please note that this is only assistance and we will not be held responsible for incorrect information. Please see our entire section on sizing.

First Fitting or Shipping:

• In-Store
• You get to see and try your new dress on for the first time. This is where you can then decide, if you have not already, what veil and/or tiara would look best on you. You can also schedule your first alterations and decide what shoes will look best.
• Bridesmaids typically will try on the dress and then schedule alterations.
• Online Only
• Your gown and/or dress will be shipped to you from our warehouse. There is no pickup in our store at this time for dresses that are ordered online.

Alterations:

• In-store
• "No more bridal tug!"™ is not just a statement, but a fact. How many wedding or formal events have you been to where you and your girlfriends keep tugging at strapless dress to keep it on. There is nothing more embarassing than poping out at the wrong time. Our semstresses know how to keep you in. 
• Wedding gown alterations start at $195 and include adjustments to the hem length, waist, hip, strap length, sleeve length and basic bustle creation. All other changes are considered modifications and are charged seperatly. 
• Bridesmaid dress alterations are only $45 and include adjustments to the hem length, waist, hip, strap length, and sleeve length. All other changes are considered modifications and are charged seperatly.
• Our seamstress are not contractors but are actual employees of Victoria's Bridal Couture. You will not be charged a different rate than what is quoted to you by our sales staff before you buy your dress.
• You are also not obligated by a hidden clause in your purchase contract to use our seamstresses or be subjected to a penalty fee if you choose to do your alterations elsewhere.
• Internet Only
• You are responsible for your alterations.
• We provide alteration at the market rate for internet dresses brought to us based on the amount of work that is to be done.
• As of 3/1/2010: Bridesmaid dresses start at $95 and Wedding Gowns start at $295.

Second Fitting:

• In-Store 
• You are alowed to have a second fitting, even a third or forth if needed. We do not charge for multiple fittings. We are more than happy to service you and we want to make sure you are happy when you leave.
• Internet Only
• There are not fittings unless you decide to come in at the market rate for alterations. You will then receive the same treatment as our in-store brides and bridesmaids.
