Victoria's Bridal Couture NOW ships worldwide. We ship anywhere on the planet where UPS (United Parcel Service) and/or USPS (United States Postal Service) delivers to. Shipping is based on weight and the destination where you would like your item(s) delivered. You can order many items online and have them shipped to one location which saves on shipping or ship each item, like bridesmaid dresses to each of the bridesmaids locations. Discounts on quantity or free shipping if multiple dresses are ordered are only offered during special promotions.

Domestic shipping which is anywhere within the United States typically cost $20-$38 for a wedding dress and $12-$28 for a bridesmaid dress as an example. Shipments vary based on location and weight. This means that more dresses, the heavier the box. UPS does not ship to Post Office (P.O.) boxes. Please use USPS if shipping to a P.O. box or United Stated military location.
UPS typically has special rates to Canada which start around $20US and go up based on weight and location. The USPS does not have special rates at this time and we suggest not to select the USPS International Express or Expidited if shipping to Canda. You are responsible for all custom charges, duties and import fees charged to you in Canada if they apply.
International shipping which is anywhere outside of the United States typically starts at $50US and can go up based on location and weight. You can shoose USPS International shipping, UPS International Expideted or UPS International Express. UPS International Express is the fasted method.
Shipping Cost: To find out how much shipping would be to your location, go ahead and select the dress, dresses or other items would like to order. Next, add them to your shopping cart and then click the "Checkout" button. The next screen will open up and you can put your location where you want the items shipped to. Once you have added the location you will need to add your billing information and location. At this point we do not ask for your credit card information, just where the credit card bill goes to. After you add your billing information and location, you will be prompted for the shipping method. There is UPS Standard To Canada which should only be used if you live in Canada. UPS Worldwide Expedited which is around 7-10 day delivery out of the United States. UPS 3 Day Select for 3 day delivery within the United States. UPS Ground which is the best delivery option for anywhere within the United States. UPS 2nd Day Air for 2 day delivery. UPS Next Day Air for an overnight delivery. UPS Worldwide Express which typically takes 5-7 days and typically does not save you any money. Priority Mail International which is an alternative to UPS. We only suggest Priority Mail International if UPS does not deliver in your area. Once you select, the screen will change to show you your order with your shipping cost and total before you actually put in your credit card. To continue with the order, select your card type, credit card number, expiration date and security code. Once this is done, you will go to the final screen. Here you must press the "Place Order" button to finalize your order.
Please Note: You would be responsible for custom charges, duties, and import fees charged to you by your respective country. We do not know the custom charges, duties, or import fees in your country. We do not have this information. We obey all international laws respective to each country we ship.
Wedding dresses typically take 16 to 18 weeks for delivery once the order is placed with us. The RUSH delivery timeframe can shorten this time to only 12 to 14 weeks, depending upon the manufacturer. Please note that there is a fee for RUSH delivery. RUSH fees are shown at the time of order, but are not applied to the total. Many times, RUSH fees are not needed to get a gown to you in time, so we do not want to overcharge you. Some of our wedding gowns are in stock with the manufacturer and can be delivered to you in as little as 2 weeks and RUSH may not be needed. Sample wedding dresses can be had in under a week.

Be realistic in your requested date selected. This will be used to determine if RUSH is actually needed or possible. We will get the dress to you by the requested date or cancel your order if this is not possible, but this does not guarantee that your dress will get to you in time for alterations if needed. Alterations are your responsibility and you should allow yourself time for them. If you select a time that is not possible by us, we will cancel your order within 48 hours of placement and return any charges to you.

Choices of "Ground Shipment", "3 Day Shipment", "2nd Day Shipment" and "Overnight" only applies when the wedding dress, bridesmaid dress, or other item is in our warehouse and ready to ship to you. Shipping methods and speeds have nothing to do with RUSH. Increasing the shipping at the time of order does not change the timeframe of the manufacturer to make your wedding dress, bridesmaid dress or other specialty item.
